The international team is based across the globe and we want people who can work under tight timeframes, minimal supervision, and with multiple personality types.

Job Role Description:

1. Study design briefs and determine requirements.

2. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

3. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

4. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

5. Test and create graphics across various media.

6. Amend designs after feedback.

7. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

8. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for products, with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

Job Role Requirements:

1. Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.

2. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

3. Proficiency with required desktop designing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Illustrator.

4. A strong eye for visual composition.

5. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

6. Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

7. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

8. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
