- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grant and Stakeholder Manager to join our team.
- You will be responsible for identifying grant opportunities, preparing grant applications, and managing relationships with funders and stakeholders to support the financial sustainability of our initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential grant opportunities that align with our mission and projects.
- Prepare and submit compelling grant applications, including writing proposals, budgets, and reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
- Monitor and report on the status of grants, including compliance with grant conditions and progress towards objectives.
- Collaborate with our program teams to ensure alignment between project goals and funding opportunities.
- Represent Inspire Her Afrika at relevant meetings, workshops, and fundraising events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated success in managing donor relationships and understanding of the philanthropic landscape.
- Passion for Inspire Her Afrika’s mission and commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.
