Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, finance, human resources, marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate record
  • Record and track stock level.
  • Research Potential vendors
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with
  • company objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience with a track record of success in driving organizational growth and profitability.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years.
