General Manager Rayuwa Farms

The job responsibilities cuts accross different roles in the company, and other subsidiaries such as Rayuwa farms, Rayuwa bakery, (Jankawa branch; yet to kick-off, and Rayuwa bakery Wuse branch,) and Real estate.

• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing & implementing growth strategies.
• Training low-level managers and staff.
• Creating and managing budgets.
• Improving revenues.
• Hiring employees.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Analysing accounting and financial data
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations.
• Reporting directly to the MD .
• Monitoring depatrments/units in the company.
• Ensure compliance within staff.
• Liason with outsiders/ other institutions.
• Other duties assigned by the management.
