- Achieve sales targets set by Gallery Director.
- Check through galleries and all their facilities to ensure that all are functioning properly.
- Handle administrative matters pertaining to gallery.
- Lead and manage gallery staff, assigning them their roles and duties.
- Oversee customer services provided by staff.
- Oversee the installation and removal of exhibitions.
- Plan staff work schedules.
- Prepare reports on gallery.
- Track staff attendance and performance.
- Work closely with the Gallery Director to ensure strategies of gallery are carried out to meet its objectives.
- Work with artists or exhibitors and manage project timeline for exhibitions.
