job description - Franchising And Business Development Assistant
Responsibilities
- Sourcing for new franchisees. Ensuring franchise growth and expansion.
- Generate new corporate clients and channels of business.
- Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisee and advise management of new opportunities.
- Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the franchisees.
- Carryout other relevant functions as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Perform other activities required to achieve the Franchising and Business Development objectives.
- Offer continuous support to franchisees.
- Assist with stocking and restocking of franchisee stores and liaising with the engineering team for renovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Management, Marketing,or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Business Development or a similar role.
- Experience in a Retail Chain or FMCG company is highly preferable.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to go an extra-mile (Passion for service).
- Analytical, versatile and strong knowledge of the economy.
- Excellent Marketing and Negotiating Skill.
- Excellent organizing skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Preferably female for gender balance.
