job description - Franchising And Business Development Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for new franchisees. Ensuring franchise growth and expansion.
  • Generate new corporate clients and channels of business.
  • Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisee and advise management of new opportunities.
  • Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the franchisees.
  • Carryout other relevant functions as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Perform other activities required to achieve the Franchising and Business Development objectives.
  • Offer continuous support to franchisees.
  • Assist with stocking and restocking of franchisee stores and liaising with the engineering team for renovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Management, Marketing,or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Business Development or a similar role.
  • Experience in a Retail Chain or FMCG company is highly preferable.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to go an extra-mile (Passion for service).
  • Analytical, versatile and strong knowledge of the economy.
  • Excellent Marketing and Negotiating Skill.
  • Excellent organizing skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Preferably female for gender balance.
