Job Responsibilities

  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Ledger report
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Overseeing all accounting aspects for the Group
  • Travel Agency specified accounting process and tasks
  • Finance Head team
  • BSP tracking/Creditor’s Ledger
  • IATA sales invoice reconciliation
  • ADM tracking
  • Sales report from Amadeus
  • Receipt
  • Invoice preparation:
    • Airline and invoice reconciliation
    • Airline/bank statement reconciliation
    • General reconciliation
  • Cashflow statement
  • Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial statement
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Expense Ledger
  • Monthly profit report
  • Creditor and debtor’s ledger
  • Tax record update
  • Debtor/Credit recovery
  • Profitability report
  • Monthly performance report

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND with 3 - 7 years of work experience.
  • ICAN professional certification is a plus
