job description - Financial Controller
- Annual budget setting and overall management of the P&L budget
- Monthly management accounts & cashflow forecasts
- End to end sales ledger control including credit control and collections.
- End to end purchase ledger control including processing and posting purchase invoice
- Resolving all general day to day accounts queries and mailbox management.
- Posting of bank receipts to multiple banks
- Ensure PAYE returns are submitted and paid on a timely basis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee all company accounts
- Implement process improvement
- Management Accounts
- Financial Reporting
- Year end Statutory Accounts
- Oversee the Audit.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with at least 10 years work experience.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA qualifications
- Experience of working as Financial Controller in a telecom business
- Strong people management experience
- Advanced knowledge of excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Attention to detail
- Strategic and commercial acumen
- Business Change Management
- P&L and Balance Sheet experience.
- Solution focused.
