- We seeks a motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. The Finance Officer will be key in ensuring the organization's financial health by managing financial transactions, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage CLAP's day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and monitor CLAP Project budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and CLAP's financial policies.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including expenses and revenues.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage financial risk by identifying and addressing any irregularities.
- Support program managers in budget planning and financial management.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0 - 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
