job description - Finance Officer
The successful applicant shall:
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Ascertain records of project states financial transactions i.e. contracts, community volunteers, timesheets and invoices.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is prepared and filed accordingly.
- Any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
