job description - Finance Officer
- Review of Trial Balance and General Ledger
- Management of prepayment and amortization
- Daily detailed review of General Ledger of the bank including the following
- Review/confirmation of interest receivables/Payables and Interest Income and Expenses to ensure there is no manual entries
- Detailed weekly review of all prepaid/Accruals accounts and resolution of any issue
- Reconciliation of all Correspondence Bank statements accounts and resolution of any issue
- Daily monitoring of Income & expenditure trend which include review of expense and expenditure lines
Requirements
- Minimum of BSc or HND in Accounting.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role in a Microfinance Bank Setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft suites such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Bankone.
- The candidate residing around Ikeja, Ojota, Yaba, Surulere and environs will be given preference.
