Farm Operations ManagerOtezu Company (OTEZU Farms)

• Ability to perform long and short-term project management
• Manage, supervise, and train workers
• Good maintenance culture
• Plan and organize various farm activities timely in line with the farm calendar
• Understand and achieve production targets
• Ability to manage budget and generate returns on investment
• Source workers and contractors as required by the operation.
• Oversee the production factory
• Prepare daily operations plan for approval
• Submit daily operations report
• Update farm record, expense report in line with company’s policy

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Agriculture-related disciplines. Years of experience in farm operations can compensate for tertiary qualifications in agriculture.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in farm operations management. For the trainee position years of experience can be waivered.
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Good communication skills
• Good mathematical skills
