- We are looking for a Facility Management Officer to manage our Offices, ensuring that all facilities are functioning properly.
Job Description
- Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.
- Managing an organization’s property portfolio.
- Conducts complete detailed inspections of estates and prepares a complete report on each inspection
- Generate tangible income from sales of properties, lease or rent.
- Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
- Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Estate Management or other related fields from a reputable University.
- A Male will be preferable.
- Must have had 4-7 years of experience working with a facility company as a facility officer.
- Should reside around Ikeja and its environs.
