Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and surveys
- Inspect properties to determine their condition and value
- Prepare reports and recommendations for clients

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in estate surveying or a related field
- Ability to drive
- Familiarity with Lagos Island routes and neighborhoods
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem - solving skills
