job description - Digital / Social Media Manager
- A Digital/Social Media Strategist that will be responsible for managing our Social/Digital Media accounts.
- You will be responsible for creating original contents, managing posts and responding to followers.
- Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts design
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Requirements
- B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE and other qualifications in Marketing or relevant fields.
- 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Maximum Age limit of 30 years
- Male and Female with working experience, fast learning and proactive ready to work attitude and ability
- Impeccable character and integrity
- Proven experience as a Digital/Social media strategist
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated, delivers quality work and is proactive
- Result driven as this is a high-performance, output environment
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivatemust be a self-starter
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Should be a resident of Lagos state and staying and having place to stay close to our Yaba Head Office is an added advantage.
Remuneration and Employment Package
Basic Salary (1st 3 months of training and probation)
- First Month N50,000
- 2nd Month N70,000
- 3rd Month N80,000
- Along with other financial incentives based on measurable performance
