We are looking to welcome a Web & iOS/Android Developer to the team to create and
maintain customer and partner-facing web and hybrid mobile applications.
Role/Responsibilities
1. You will be working directly with the co-founders and business stakeholders, gathering
requirements to maintain and enhance websites and update and develop new products and
features
2. A Web and App Developer who is excited by building highly scalable, highly available,
performant apps for web, mobile web, and mobile-native browsers and devices.
3. Creating dynamic front-end applications from design/concept to implementation
4. Developing JavaScript to interact with libraries for client interactions on desktop, mobile web and mobile apps
5. Ability to write and maintain clean code, which is production-ready, maintainable and
documented.
6. Ability to produce high-quality documentation that supports written code for the purposes of
support and maintenance.
Technical Capabilities
• Front-End and Back-End technologies (special emphasis on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
SQL, PHP, JSON, jQuery, Python)
• UI/UX
• WordPress
• Familiarity with APIs (especially location search/based APIs)
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git/GitHub
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented design/development.
Your Profile
• Relevant degree, training, certification or equivalent experience
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems/platforms
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development,
maintenance, and software improvement
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve
organizational goals
• Self-starter and willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constantly
evolving priorities.
