job description - Data Entry Officers
As Data Entry Officer your primary responsibilities shall be the following:
- Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems
- Supporting corporate business plans and implementation; and to thoroughly understand company workflow processes for the development and implementation of client projects, and to communicate with all relevant Company functional units and support service delivery to customers.
- Perform any other duties assigned to you by the General Manager Loyalty.
