job description - Customer Support Officer

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and via any other means.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Provide feedback on customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
  • Uphold company values and policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
