job description - Customer Service Representative
- Liaise with the teams in-house and the development of relevant databases of key market indicators.
- Collate and organize local primary and secondary data from in-house and external sources.
- Appraisal, acquisition, development, marketing, and disposal of property or in simpler terms, the management of the property. Properties managed to include a wide category of commercial properties such as residential properties.
- Process customer work orders, needs, and requirements. Interact and ensure smooth relationships between tenants and owners. Provide lease administration for commercial properties. Prepare financial budgets, reports, and statements relating to the real estate business.
- Maintain and enhance several in-house databases and market trackers.
- Work with teams in-house on the production of a range of market-leading research reports across a few property sectors and locations.
- Keep abreast of key trends/developments in real estate and macroeconomics to provide an informed opinion when required to do so for clients and media.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations across key markets.
- Feedback observations and ideas to the firm to improve the range of services currently offered as well as general working practices.
- Support PR initiatives e.g. social media, blogging, press releases, media presentations, and interviews.
Qualification/ Skills Required
- B.Sc / HND in Estate Management
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Membership in ESVARBON, and NIESV, is an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
