Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE and other qualifications.
- Male and Female with working experience, fast learning and proactive ready-to-work attitude and ability.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated, delivers quality work and is proactive
- Result driven as this is a high-performance, output environment
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate must be a self-starter
- Knowledge and experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing is an added advantage
- Min. years of Experience: 1 - 4 years
- Fast and accurate in typing at least 39 words per minute
- A dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
- Good work organization, time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work quickly, methodically and accurately
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Should be a resident of Lagos state, otherwise, it would be automatically be rejected
- Maximum Age limit of 30 years.
Remuneration and Employment Package
- Basic Salary (1st 3 months of training and probation)
- First Month - N50,000
- 2nd Month - N70,000
- 3rd Month - N100,000
- Health Insurance (HMO) within 6 months to One Year of Being Employed
- 13th Month Salary
- Paid Annual Leave
- Occasional / Regular Lunch package within 1st 3 months on the job
- Periodical Promotions along with salary increments every 3 to 6 months.
