- Communicating with customers across various channels.
- Acknowledging & resolving customer complaints.
- Performing marketing activities from the office.
- Cross-selling & up-selling products & services.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & ensuring professional customer support.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification in Marketing or it's equivalent, Public Administration, Mass Communication or Business Administration.
- Must have 4 - 5 years relevant experience as a Customer Service Officer or a related role.
- Female/Male
- 28 - 40 years old
- Married
- Must reside at/around Moniya or Ojoo
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Igbo (Hausa is an added advantage)
- Customer service-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Possessing sales skills (cross-selling & up-selling) is an advantage.
