job description - Customer Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers enquiries via phone calls, email or across our social media platform
  • Recommend products to customers, take orders and track order status.
  • Grow and maintain company’s customers/partners base
  • Building and maintain group community
  • Package orders for delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Develop strong understanding of our products and services
  • Building a strong relationship between the company and the customers/partners
  • Perform stock count at the end of the month
  • Perform other duties related to the position.

Person Specification

  • Passionate about sales
  • Friendly and Warm
  • High standard of spoken and written English
  • Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales target.

Relevant Experience:

  • A minimum of one year experience in marketing and sales
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results
  • Experience in the beauty/fashion industry is preferred

Knowledge:

  • Sales Funnel
  • Lead Conversion
  • Business Development
  • Background knowledge in marketing and communication
  • Google Applications (Sheet, Document etc)
  • Copywriting.
