job description - Customer Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers enquiries via phone calls, email or across our social media platform
- Recommend products to customers, take orders and track order status.
- Grow and maintain company’s customers/partners base
- Building and maintain group community
- Package orders for delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Develop strong understanding of our products and services
- Building a strong relationship between the company and the customers/partners
- Perform stock count at the end of the month
- Perform other duties related to the position.
Person Specification
- Passionate about sales
- Friendly and Warm
- High standard of spoken and written English
- Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive, take initiative
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet and exceed sales target.
Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of one year experience in marketing and sales
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Experience in the beauty/fashion industry is preferred
Knowledge:
- Sales Funnel
- Lead Conversion
- Business Development
- Background knowledge in marketing and communication
- Google Applications (Sheet, Document etc)
- Copywriting.
