job description - Customer Relations Officer
- We are looking to employ someone who enjoys interacting with customers and is computer literate for the post of our customer relations officer.
Roles
- Add customer to after sales support after the free support period
- Call customers after the completion of their software implementation to find out if they are having any challenges
- Call customers after the completion of their software implementation to gauge their satisfaction level
- Monitor customer subscriptions to identify overdue payments.
- Call customers to remind them of upcoming renewal, before their subscription is due.
- Follow up with customers after their payment is due
- Advise customers on their various payment options
- Conduct collections process on each customer that includes; phone calls, emails and text messages.
- Develop collection methods that bring in revenue and ensure full payment of subscriptions.
- Negotiate payment plans and schedules.
- Process payments.
- Keeping accurate records and reports on collection activities.
- Work with the support team to resolve customer complaints.
- Work with management to improve processes
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc from a reputable institution
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work unsupervised.
