job description - Customer Experience Representative
- Receives customers' requests by telephone / mail, analyzes requests and respond accordingly
- Assists in resolving customer problems and complaints.
- Recruit new customers and do follow up
- Digital marketing & Cold calling
- Involve in all forms of advertisement drive.
- General office duties.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Science related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience
- Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
- Persuasive personality with outgoing positive attitude Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
- Result driven, timely, innovative with good negotiating skills
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel
- IT & Phone savvy.: Donot apply if you donot have basic computing skills
- Applicants must have a Government issued ID, Original School Certificate and reside in Lagos, preferably within 15km of Ikeja.
