  • Accurately Process Customer's orders and requests. 
  • Listen to customer concerns, answer questions and provide information about the company's products.

  • Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions. 
  • Following up with customers 
  • Manage incoming calls

  • Must be Female 
  • Minimum of HND 
  • proficiency in English Language 
  • Good Communication/interactive skill 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
