job description - Creative Assistant
- Execute all visual designs from concept to final hand-off
- Conceptualize original website or graphics design ideas that bring simplicity & user friendliness to complex features
- Update the website content
- Develop design briefs & present ideas to supervisors/stakeholders
- Present & defend designs & key deliverables to stakeholders & supervisors
- Establish & promote design guidelines, best practices, & standards
- Develop illustrations, logos & other designs using appropriate graphic design software
- Use appropriate colors & layouts for each graphic
- Assist the creative director
- Liaise with the content creator/social media officer & supervisors to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback within the agreed timeline
- Ensure final graphics & layouts are visually appealing & on-brand
- Other duties/special projects assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND / Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 3 years work experience in this role or a similar one
- Female/Male
- 24 - 30 years old
- Strong ability to translate requirements into design
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Proficiency with necessary software tools for website management & graphic designing
- Good analytical & proactive thinking skills
- Creative flair
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Organizational & time management
- Attention to detail
- Research skills.
