job description - Consumer Research Manager
- Cooperate with HQ, launch Satisfaction surveys to evaluate product power and other key elements of important products
- Communicate with HQ and local business team, help in identifying business target, designing and carrying out research with appropriate methods, including qualitative, quantitative, desk research and on.
- Regular market visits to get useful insights, analyze competitor activities and etc.
- Help in video recording projects. Record videos of phone usage scenarios, cultural phenomena and so on.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and part-time teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, both within the region and with other global teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc. Degrees
- 5+ years of experience in consumer research, with a focus on both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Proven experience in establishing consumer research systems from inception within the previous organization.
- Strong team management skills, with a track record of managing teams of at least 3 members. International team management experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the African region, particularly in countries such as Kenya and Tanzania.
- Background in the 3C industry is a plus. Especially in mobile phone industry.
