job description - Community Management Intern
Duties
- Assist to build, grow and manage Tech4Dev’s tech community
- Assist to create and implement programs/events that foster engagement within Tech4Dev’s tech community
- Respond to beneficiary inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
- Monitor forums’ conversations and provide feedback to leadership when required
- Assist in the implementation of a tech mentorship program
- Seek out and link the community with opportunities needed for career growth
- Use analytics tools to monitor social media outlets and online forums.
Minimum Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 6 months’ work experience in Community Management or a related field
Skills & Competencies:
- Passionate about connecting people to solutions and seeing them excel
- A master multitasker with great project management skills
- Experience managing social media channels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with tech lingo and trends
- A people person, empathetic and build rapport easily.
