Job Role Description:

1. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for social media channels and marketing materials.

2. Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.

3. Assisting the creative design team with the content design ideas

4..Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

5. Creating social media content - reels, videos, engagement polls, TikTok, etc.

6. Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.

7. Creating and sending out bi-weekly email newsletters

8. Developing and implementing new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

Job Role Requirements:

1. Experience creating strong, engaging content.

2. An understanding of SEO best practices.

3. Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.

4. Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

5. Strong listening and communication skills.

6. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

7. Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
