Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s business strategy
- Drive growth through new product development and market expansion
- Work with the team to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and manage resources effectively
- Mentor and coach the team to reach their full potential
- Help secure funding and build relationships with investors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Co-Founder, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong network in the industry and a proven track record of success.
