job description - Client Relationship Manager
The candidate must be professionals in their field with the ability to:
- Serve as the main contact person between the organization and its clients
- Must be able to recruit new clients for the organization
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues that may arise during the clients contract period
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to build strategies that ensure client satisfaction
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Generate monthly and periodic reports of each client being managed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years work experience.
- Intuitive to LSL’s client needs
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have an understanding of Customer Relationship Management and project Management
- Should be a strategic thinker and problem solver
- A background in Science Related degrees /courses and / customer service or sales will be a plus
- Attentive to detail and organized
- Must be self motivated, flexible and able to multi task
