job description - Client / Customer Care Executive

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing calls to patients, referrals, and sales as needed
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals,etc
  • Consistently meet and attain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Answer customer phone calls and provide them with the information that they request
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair manner
  • Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed
  • Become knowledgeable about our company’s services
  • Provide exceptional customer support in every phone call

Skills / Requirements
Interested candidates should possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1- 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Available to resume immediately
  • Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
  • Demonstrate soft skills to enhance the patient experience
  • Relevant work experience in the hospital will be an added advantage
  • Certification in customer service profession will be an added advantage
  • Possess right work ethics of a client care personel.
