job description - Cleaner / Office Assistant

  • We are seeking a diligent and responsible Cleaner/Office Assistant to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Ensure all areas of the office are kept clean and sanitary.
  • Dispose of trash and waste materials in designated bins.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Assist with the organization of office supplies and materials.
  • Help with basic administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

  • SSCE or First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) with at least 1 year experience
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Good communication skill
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning task
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred
