job description - CAC Engineer, AC Commercial
Candidate will independently (and together with distributor staff, when required) handle the following activities:
- Generation of Project Enquiries through meetings with consultants, contractors
- Diligently follow up quoted projects through distributor
- Negotiate and close orders with decision makers together with distributor staff.
- Create awareness about CAC product through regular product presentations to consultant and contractors.
- Pursue product approvals with consultants. (spec-in activities)
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Provide technical support to distributor when required for sales and project related activities
- In addition to above, candidate will pursue channel expansion opportunities for expanding CAC sales in Nigeria by appointment of special - CAC distributors.
Candidate Profile
- Ideal candidate will have 8 - 10 years of direct sales experience for commercial AC products in the Nigeria market (with distributors or manufacturers) with a revenue target of around 2 Million USD with current organization.
- Candidate will work together with the organization’s CAC distributor to establish Commercial AC products like VRF systems, Ducted spilt systems and Cassettes split systems in the Nigeria market.
- Strong relationship with key projects stakeholders like consultants, contractors and property developers Nigeria is essential for the role. Sound technical and commercial knowledge of commercial air-conditioners especially VRF systems is a must.
Qualification / Skills / Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc with 8 - 10 years of cognate experience
- Sound technical and commercial knowledge of commercial air-conditioners especially VRF systems
- Should have a very good knowledge of Nigeria market
- Candidate must write excellently & be able to speak in public regularly.
- Must be able to meet target.
