JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for promoting Volley Clients’ products and services, building relationships with prospects and providing qualified leads to Volley Clients. As a key member of Volley’s Business Development team, a successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Volley’s solutions, tech sales as well as a strong sense of curiosity.
We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, driven, resilient individual with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships. The successful candidate will be self motivated, a great troubleshooter and have the drive to achieve quarterly quota targets.
This Business Development Representative position provides a challenging career opportunity as well as career advancement within Volley.
How will I make an impact?
• Responsible for exceeding Key Performance Indicators within your assigned accounts
• Able to understand and deliver Volley’s Clients’ unique value propositions
• Actively write sales emails and launch sales sequences
• Follow-up with prospects to develop them into sales leads
• Update all activities and interactions through the CRM tool
• Conduct market research on Client verticals
• Sell in international markets
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Strong interest in pursuing a Tech sales career within a constantly evolving environment
• Ability to be proactive, self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong bias towards action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize work independently
• Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills
• Working knowledge of Office 365 and/or Google Suite
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a remote team environment
