The Business Development Officer is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business development strategies to heighten company profitability. His/Her duties will include leading the team's sales efforts, identifying business opportunities to pursue, and creating business proposals to support their ideas.
• Ensures that we meet and exceed our sales and revenues targets
• Ensures that we develop and implement strategies to reach and keep our customers
• Ensures that we understand our customers and tailor our services to meet their demands
• Ensure that we are able to close large sales that secure volumes and economies of scale which our business needs
• Ensures that we identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals
