job description - Business Development Executive - Tech Services

  • Product management
  • Defining and driving marketing strategy across channels for the full customer lifecycle
  • Developing and analyzing goals, performance, and other key metrics, using them inform the overall marketing strategy
  • Branding and awareness
  • Design and customer experience
  • Liaising with the Software development and Customer Services teams to develop the best customer experiences
  • Tracking the performance of ongoing campaigns and reporting on progress to-founders
  • Serving as the digital campaigns data and performance expert
  • Taking a consultative approach when working with other departments
  • Lead the latest major project development from a technical standpoint.
  • Determine ways in which we can leverage our tech services to reduce time spent on tasks.
  • Derive insight from large amounts of data to make better-informed product decisions.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
