We are looking to employ a goal-driven and experienced Business
Development Executive to identify and implement business growth strategies
Responsibilities
• Developing growth strategies and plans.
• Engaging with executives to establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Creating and improving proposals for our existing and new clients.
• Collaborating with sales and account team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
• Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Strong business acumen.
• B2B marketing skills
• Great leadership skills.
• Must be Internet Savvy.
