job description - Business Developer

  • Are you a tech-savvy go-getter with a passion for business development and a knack for building relationships? Then we want you on our team at Conclase!
  • We are a leading tech startup in the tech recruiting and software development space in Nigeria and we're on the hunt for a Business Development Specialist who will help drive our growth to the next level.
  • As our Business Development Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth and success, identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to bring in new business.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including potential and existing clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborating with our software development and recruiting team to ensure seamless integration of our services with clients' needs.
  • Attending networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to win new business.
  • Continuously analyzing and improving our business development processes to drive better results.

Requirements
Here's who we're looking for:

  • Minimum of four (4) years experience and proven track record in a similar role.
  • A tech-savvy individual with a passion for networking and business development.
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and sales prospecting tools.
  • We’re a tech-focused company, so you’ll need to be comfortable with technology.
