- The ideal candidate will manage and ensure the smooth running of entire branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operations and profitability of the branch office.
- Manage and mentor all branch staff.
- Client relationship management and reporting
- Sale and Lease of properties in company’s portfolio
- Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
- Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business.
- Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals.
Requirements
- First degree in Estate Management
- Chartered Membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS
- Minimum of 10-12 years real estate sales experience
- Solid salesperson
- Excellent communication skills
- Looks professional and presentable.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
- Sociable and confidential
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Knowledge of Abuja real estate market.
