Behavior Facilitator / Speech Facilitator Bright Adaptive Enhancement (BRAE)

• The facilitator will help a student of concern to learn by prompting him/her to listen and focus on ongoing tasks or tasks at hand.
• The facilitator will reiterate any concept introduced by the class teacher, to the student.
• The facilitator will help break down or simplify some (difficult) concepts for students' consumption.
• The facilitator will engage him/her during the student’s free time by implementing some of his/her IEP goals.
• The facilitator will be running a program that contains the social skill and motor functions (fine and gross) and self-help skills.
• The facilitator will generate a detailed report of daily activity.
• The facilitator may advise the teacher on an approach or method best effective to teach a concept.
• The facilitator will support the teaching of some concepts with teaching aids.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• 2 - 4 years of work experience.
