- Weighing and ,measuring ingredients for the preparation of bread and pastries
- Work with the management team to develop and improve standard reciepe
- Supervise, evaluate, train and schedule work of bakery staff
- Measure, mix and bake dough to produce a vast variety of bread, cakes, and pastries
- Follow strictly the standard operating procedure especially the set reciepes
- Ensure timely requisition of raw materials and production of bread and other bakery products as may be specified by the employer using FIFO inventory system
- Cleaning work area and equipment
- Carrying out routine and unplanned maintenance on toolls and equipment and packaging finished goods.
- Order and arrange for correct ingredients, supplies and equipment using computerised system
- Engage in the sales and marketing of the company's products as the situation may arise
- Perform any other necessary tasks that may be required in fulfilling the company's objectives
