- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Administrative and Liaison Officer to join our team.
- In this role, you will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating communication between our mentors, mentees and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties: primarily handles administrative tasks related to the mentorship program. This includes managing program logistics, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
- Coordination and Support:
- Often acts as a central point of contact and support within the organization.
- Facilitate internal communication, assist with scheduling, and ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes.
- External Liaison: may interact with external stakeholders, external communication is limited to coordinating meetings and events and responding to inquiries.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain records of program activities, attendance, and communication.
- Ensure that program documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Event Coordination: responsible for planning and organizing mentorship-related events, workshops, and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a dynamic office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
