job description - Assistance Audit Supervisor
Brief Update of the Position
- An Auditor can coordinate a team, set targets and work efficiently towards achieving them. Someone who is goal oriented and purposeful about any task given to him/her. Someone who has worked in the capacity of an Audit Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, performing and delivering audit and assurance jobs to clients;
- Day-to-day management and supervision of field teams, including reviewing the work of staff members;
- Liaison with key client staff in providing timely reports and management information;
- Management of reporting requirements, including attendance at meetings;
- Leading teams on challenging engagements, including transaction and project work;
- Developing, training and mentoring junior members of staff;
- Management and resolution of Tax matters on behalf of clients;
- Preparing job proposals on behalf of the firm;
- Carrying out other jobs as may be required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc. / HND in Accounting (ICAN certified)
- Must have at least 4 years of work experience in the capacity of a team lead (Age: 30 – 34 years)
