job description - Administrative Officer
- We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and act as the point of contact for all employees and third parties, providing administrative support and serving as liaison respectively.
Responsibilities
- To efficiently supervise the implementation of business development projects
- To prepare and document correspondences with internal and external customers
- Manage office supplies, premises and utilities.
- To serve as an interface between the company and external institutions and government agencies
- Accurately update CBN trade portal for form M approvals
- To supervise the appointed clearing agent for all imports or export
- To ensure refunds due to the company from external bodies are documented and received
- To collect and organize documents in folders for easy access
- To organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events, as may be required.
- Asset procurement and management.
- Monitor personnel compliance with approved standard operating procedures
- Maintain, update and circulate company policies as approved by management.
- To process regulatory licence renewals and other required registrations
- Maintain vehicle movement and audit records
- To supervise the appointed clearing agent(s) for all imports or export
Requirements
- At least a second class upper Degree or it's equivalent.
- 1 year work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance parts
- Experienced in relating with government regulatory agencies
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- MUST live in Ajah and or its environs.
