- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company (TALLY ERP 9).
- Experience with accounting software and data entry for updating Inventories, booking purchase and sales invoice. Material Issue Note (Finished Goods, Packaging and Raw Material, General Items, Lab Reagents and Miscellaneous Items).
- Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets to evaluate data.
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Generating the company’s financial reports using ageing analysis data.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information of receipts, payments, JV, Contra as per the expense/account ledger.
- Preparing payroll and salary workings for each calendar month.
- Filing and remitting taxes (WHT, VAT, PAYE) and other financial obligations (Pension, NSITF, ITF) for each calendar month duly/timely.
