job description - Accounts Officer


  • Our medical facility requires an Accounts Officer to ensure customer data is entered into various databases and support invoicing functions. 

Some of their common daily tasks include:

  • Data Entry functions
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending bills and invoices to HMOs and Corporate Clients
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
  • Making calls to HMO and obtaining approvals

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Maths, Finance, Business Administration
  • Female / Male 22-30 years
  • Experience in hospitals will be an added advantage
  • Team player, friendly, confident, honest
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Numeracy and IT skills essential.
