job description - Accounts Officer
- Our medical facility requires an Accounts Officer to ensure customer data is entered into various databases and support invoicing functions.
Some of their common daily tasks include:
- Data Entry functions
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to HMOs and Corporate Clients
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Making calls to HMO and obtaining approvals
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Maths, Finance, Business Administration
- Female / Male 22-30 years
- Experience in hospitals will be an added advantage
- Team player, friendly, confident, honest
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Numeracy and IT skills essential.
