job description - Account Officer (Sales)
- To manage every step of the sales process from prospecting to order and eventual sales and final delivery of the product.
- Take ownership of market share for Hilti for all activities in the assigned territory, for the assigned product portfolio & define price positioning and Identify opportunities within your territory
- Build a strong working relationship with all levels in channel partners, contractors, system integrators & end-users
- To constantly demonstrate products & support in the self-repair of these tools
- To target the appropriate customer groups to ensure a successful introduction of new products
- To visit sites and do a demonstration of our products
- Achieve assigned targets for the defined territory
- To ensure the appropriate level of product penetration is given; selling tools & consumables to existing customers and new customers
- Timely stock replenishment not to miss out on opportunities
- Constantly improve your knowledge of the company product portfolios to help communicate its qualities to customers
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with at least 1 year of work experience.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of sales and delivery and identifying potential customers.
- Good personal and interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)
- Must have good knowledge of Lagos roads, ability to drive and possess a valid drivers’ license.
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills
- Team player and very articulate.
- The ideal candidate must know how to drive a car, possess a valid driver licence and be ready to resume immediately.
