Job Summary
Our client, a reputable Oil & Gas Company is currently in need of an
Responsibilities
- Issue a reported breakdown of income and expenditure
- Issue report of weekly POS payments reconciliation with bank statements
- Issue report of bank statements and internal payment records’ reconciliation
- Track residents’ payment reversals, notify affected residents and to ensure fund recovery to the Association
- Reconcile power token purchases, internal records with bank/POS payments against vendor back end generated data of token sold
- Other assigned accounting responsibilities
Basic Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting or related field
- Ability to use accounting software packages (Sage is a must)
- Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- At least 3 years experience as an Account Officer
- Ability to prepare Cash flow Statements and Financial Report
- Budget Planning and Control
- Good Analytical Skill
